Linear Regression Models of the 4 factors we Investigated

Immunizations
Spending aside, America does around average in terms of a percentage of a fully vaccinated population. Because of the covid pandemic, we deduce this is most likely due to American ignorance rather a fault in healthcare system.

Doctor Density
Spending aside, America has an extremely low density of doctors which we found questionable as we would assume America would pay its doctors considerably more due to our high spending. Nonetheless, it may be due to America’s tough medical culture.

Infant-Mortality
In consideration of America’s high spending, America does well with an extremely low mortality rate.

Life Expectancy

Based on the data, America demonstrably has a significantly higher rate of spending compared to all other countries. This pattern will continue for all other graphs. For how much America spends, the life expectancy leaves a lot to be desired with America falling below average in terms of life expectancy.
